The overt criminal threats issued July 2011 to February 2012, and upon websites discovered in combination with demands for money in excess of $2000 USD October 2009 to February 2012 have forced the Beyond War Project to name the persons who have actively been sending threats to the public resulting in injury to our staff and their families for commercial profit and regional gains in both Oklahoma and Texas in a knowing fraud. These decisions rendered based on a summary of remarks violating knowingly "The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide" article II (b), (c), (d), and (e) in 2001-2011 in formal publication of a matter related 3 million victims of parental kidnapping and unlawful child removal violating Federal Law (15 USC 1673, 28 USC 1738A e) and in letters threatening (18 USC 876) and Interstate electronic threats (18 USC 875) served our office.

The abuse has been perpetrated to conceal a child taken against the will of a parent August 11 2001 without writ or trial or right to due process and immediately during the course of prior agreed and extensively financed ($10,000 USD) Interstate transport, aided by former Oklahoma residents engaged in business against the victimized-parent's established firm, and to wrest control of that firm and "The Beyond War Project" (Beyond War) from the development of the firm after a separation in 1999 involving similar criminal death threats and fraud to allege mental illness on yet another victim (a 17 year old girl in Norman Oklahoma) who now attests under oath this abuse and witness to onging violence against the company, her associates who are officers, and with the collaborative testimony of multiple witnesses to an organized and Interstate gang actively menacing and harassing the officers of Shadowdancers L.L.C. and Raccoon Technologies Incorporated from 2001-2012.

The acts of purposeful fraud are crimes under Oklahoma Law, covered under Title 43A and title 76, and numerous criminal statutes of Title 21 to include child snatching, blackmail, extortion, and theft of trade secrets. Due to this malicious commercial abuse by registered owner/officers of competing local firms in the Midwest, the Beyond War Project has closed its doors to the public and remains a confidential and private development group with contracted staff from Australia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and People's Republic of China.

RIGHT OF CAUSE IN PUNITIVE ACCESS RESTRICTION

Because the group continues to physically follow, recruit new members to engage in this activity, and actively duplicate by name and claims and to cause commercial damage to the securities and projects of Shadowdancers L.L.C., as recent (2012 January) death threats and false claims demonstrate overtly, the company considers this an act of terrorism and purposeful torture by child concealment against the staff - to conceal a henious crime and execute numerous portions of the war crime "genocide" enacted consistently to conceal the extent of a brutal child kidnapping and ongoing commercial sabotage using identity theft in Dec 2001, Sept 2002-2004, and July 2011-2012 February publications documented in criminal threats. These laws so defined in "The Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide" (US Treaty, 1988) and related Federal Criminal Statutes (18 USC 1091) and definition of racketeering and "enterprise" so shown in Federal Law (18 USC 1961) and in context to State and Federal Computer Crimes (21 O.S. 1953; 18 USC 1030).

Through a series of false names used in Internet publicaitons, identity theft, and hostage taking, the group has delayed or damaged "Beyond War" from development and release since early frauds initiated by the common party in 1999 identical to those false claims in July 2011 and falsely sworn by the same individual. Forcing the offices of Shadowdancers L.L.C. to move six times including once due to arson, and suffer substantial loss of property and labor relations which were intensified in 2007-2011.

Those parties in affected areas have the prior individuals and their commercial organizations to blame for the ban on services and loss of reputation caused by commission of death threats, child abduction justification claims, and fraud circulated to damage the firm and its International associates. Those actions reflect on all American markets, and the integrity of U.S. law enforcement in denial of due process, equal protection, and relief. Ultimately causing a very real and warranted impact on investment and licensing to the United States and its related territories due to crime and piracy activity.

There is nothing we would like more than to explain in detail all the features and technology in the Beyond War product and server technology, or how it has evolved from 1991 software to 1996 3D simulation, and incorporated network broadband and advanced 3D concepts being engineered into the die of next-year's graphic chipsets. However, the conditions created by U.S. law enforcement in this matter make that impossible - so long as the abuse activity continues and hostages remain a factor in the Beyond War development. The child, concealed 10 years this August 2011, has not seen his father since his concealment on threat of murder in September 2001, and all claims alleging loss of contact is voluntary are frauds in an ongoing admitted child kidnapping act.

EXTENSIVE INJURY WITH EXPLICIT WRITTEN THREATS OF VIOLENCE IN A COMPLEX CHILD SNATCHING CASE

The abductors have control of the child, and efforts to deflect blame on this loss of all contact and use of false names to conceal the children, change of address, failure to report hospitalization including facial injuries and other signs of physical abuse, claims of mental illness in the child in threat letters in 2011 to the father in Oklahoma to suggest the child is being tortured or unlawfully medicated as described in threats sent in 2007 and 2008, underline the material criminal nature of this crime and all parties who aid in its continuance today commercially or otherwise.

Registrar records show the firm Shadowdancers L.L.C. originated the name "Beyond War" as early as 2002 to provide this project and use globally in commerce at that time. Efforts to undermine that claim and further discredit the project are only the most recent development in an ongoing series of violent death threats and Federal stalking (18 USC 2261A) carried out against our staff and their professional activities. Numerous false claims to deceive the public as to the actual State and Federal law, and to International copyright and trademark rights under The Berne Convention, are documented in the criminal threats with injury supporting a child snatching denued all due process required by law (28 USC 1738Ae; 15 USC 1673b) over a substantial period and with no right to face the accuser afforded the victim or right to appeal under criminal duress and threat of murder initiating separation (2000-2001, 2002-2004, 2009-2012).
