Efforts to imitate, defame, and otherwise sabotage the project stemming from U.S. based kidnapping for ransom of family members (2) of leading Beyond War shareholders are documented and under International criminal complaint citing the Genocide Treaty of 1988 (CPPCG) in the United States and other United Nations parties. Written in opposition of war and oppression, Beyond War is ironically the center of a criminal kidnapping and genocide claim since 2001 August 11, pertaining death threats issued September 7th 2001 against its principle author and unlawful denial without due process to his proven child for 9 years.

The fiction of Beyond War revolves around 13 major species who survived an Intergalactic war.
