Beyond War: Dedication

Beyond War™ is dedicated to the children who were abducted, abused, and concealed by the Democratic Party of the United States, and their State members and associates in China, Japan, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland - who lost their lives and families to justify the crimes of National Socialism in 1776-2022.

The United States will never be a free nation until the war crimes of the Bush, Clinton, Obama, and Biden Administration in kidnapping to extort and blackmail American citizens and soldiers of the civil honors and dignity of their children - or the 400,000 killed in Iraq and the Gulf Wars whose children will never know their parents due to the fraud of the Democratic National Socialists abuse and fraud to silence testimony of soldiers against the crimes of September 11th 2001 and unlawful concealment of a child from 2001 August 11th to 2021 in criminal concealment.

American soldiers from World War I, II, Korean War, the Viet Nam War, Iraq, Bosnia, and Afganistan await the return of our children. Many rest beneath the ground. Others stand upon it - in defiance of the Democratic Socialist Extremism (DSE) and Hegelian Dialectic Socialist movement promoting these crimes in support of TENCENT HOLDING CO LTD of China, SOFTBANK GROUP CORP of Japan, NTT GROUP of Japan, and their subsidiaries in Iceland, Norway, Sweden, State of Texas, State of California, State of Michigan, State of New York - and fraud to sustain that abuse in theft of inheritance and corruption of blood.

Genocide by the Hegelian Dialectic Socialists and Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in these matters, in acquisition of NVIDIA CORPORATION, ARM HOLDING CO LTD, and other firms following the kidnapping to extort and blackmail the BEYOND WAR PROJECT and other firms associated with SHADOWDANCERS L.L.C. of the Native American Territory (formerly State of Oklahoma, MCGIRT v STATE OF OKLAHOMA); made necessary the perpetual breach of the peace and inability to return to a state of peace with the UNITED STATES and its respective agencies aiding this fraud, themed 18 USC 1431 and 31 USC 3729(a) "qui tam fraud) so prohibited by 5 USC 556 and 706 Federal Law a "Fraud", and barred by Federal Register Volume 81 No 244 set forth in 45 CFR a fraud and debt bondage to conceal a child.

We will never give up seeking the return and repatriation of the hostages taken by the UNITED STATES, nor relief or assent to any claim by the 117th Congress in its actions to destroy 100 affidavits in January 6th 2021 to conceal these facts in Title IV Fraud and criminal conspiracy against rights (18 USC 241).

In the interest of the estate of John Witherspoon of New Jersey, whose estate this child was the heir in this matter, the fraud to coerce surrender of inheritance prior receipt, and to deceive a child in the theft of the rights of American identity and dignity, comes the judgment of this nation refused all DUE PROCESS and by EXCESSIVE FINE and CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT not granted conviction or lawful record (18 USC 2071), an "automatic mistrial" by such "operation of law" obligated to enjoin all states - the Laws of the United States not met per 18 USC 2383 and denied in written plan to kidnap in 18 USC 2384 by officers of the same UNITED STATES.

Comes now Beyond War, a story of war that would burn the world for even one child. This work, and the contributions of all those persons who died waiting for that child to arrive at the destination of the journey from which they were physically kidnapped from in August 2001, a testament to the dedication of generations of soldiers against the UNITED STATES and for the American People, who remain its incorporator owing "no consideration" for the return of their child, a hostage so made in 21 O.S. 21-748.1 and 22 USC 7102 Federal Law, in 23 O.S. 23-9.1 subsection D class III violation, of 76 O.S. 76-8 and 76-6 State rights refused by STATE OF TEXAS in fraud; and in "inherent rights" a lawful protection of Article II and protection in Article XXIII violated in the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma obligated immediate relief and complete relief regardless of delay or obstruction, for which the forfeiture of all claims contrary dissolve those in contest.

Beyond War is dedicated to the children used in this way, as hostages by the radical socialist extremists, and is a pledge to their recovery, return, and protection at any cost. If God should grant only one miracle, may it be a soldier who will bring those children home, no matter what God or country or people stand in the way.

If the "inherent rights" of the individual, or a child, should ever be subordinated to the fraud of a people or community or state or nation - that their deceit and concealment and subjugation were for the benefit of others at their expense - that nation loses its right to exist or resist that force which comes to restore it at any cost - forever.

The same John Knox Witherspoon whose family was the victim of a baseless child stealing 21 O.S. 21-891 August 11th 2001 by STATE OF TEXAS. On behalf of the sole heir of Witherspoon Estate upon which SDP MULTIMEDIA GROUP stands today, that child taken by fraud, force, and threat of murder for perpetual concealment then threatened without cause - and so concealed 2001-2021 illegally and in perfidy contrary an order for possession as a hostage against his family and by abduction from Native American Territory.

To demand "in-consideration" some admonition or endorsement, is to violate the right of human beings (Oklahoma Constitution, Article XXIII-1A) and a crime; and no agreement suggested to waive this right (XXIII-8 and XXIII-9), and contrary the right of remedy (II-6) and right of remonstrance (II-3, II-22) and contrary the "inherent rights" obligated each person and against monopoly (Article II) and discrimination based on sex or gender (II-36A) or other fee to make mandatory participation in a service conditional child possession or contact (II-37).
